Rates

All rates quoted are Nett, including VAT 14%
Rates are quoted per person per night sharing
A 50% supplement will be applicable to rooms with single occupancy
Rates are subject to change without prior notice

Rates include

All meals
Accommodation
Selected beverages
Elephant Back Safari
Game drive and walk
Elephant bedtime encounter 

Children

0 - 3 Year old children to share with parents at no extra charge
3 - 2 Year old children either sharing a room with their parents or in a separate room will be charged 50% of the normal rate

Payment

To secure your booking, payment must be made on receipt of invoice.

Cancellation Policy

25% of fee if cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival
50% of fee if cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival
100% of fee if cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival

Credit Cards
Amex, Master, Visa are accepted at the Lodge

Arrival/ departure
Check in time from 14H00; Departure is by 11H00

Conditions

Reservations will be released automatically if no payment is made.
The lodge is unable to accommodate more than two adults per room.
No pets are allowed.

Any special dietary requirements or special occasions (anniversary, birthdays, etc)
Estimated time of arrival

Transfers

Air and road transfers available on request at an additional cost.
